How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead. For corporate events, 2–3 months is ideal. We do accept rush bookings when possible — just call us.

Do you travel outside Mandeville?

Yes — we serve all of Jamaica. Kingston, Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, and everywhere in between. Travel costs may apply depending on distance and equipment needs.

What's the deposit policy?

A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer, Lynk, NCB, and cash.

Can you handle every service in-house?

Yes — planning, décor, tents, lighting, PA, and signage are all handled by our team. One contract, one point of contact, one team accountable.
